Per Baltimore Police: On Wednesday, April 22nd around 130pm, Officer Percell with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) Southern District arrested a 32-year old white male for stealing a package from outside a home in the 100 block of Gittings Street. A citizen called police and gave a detailed description to officers. He was arrested near Jackson and Fort still in possession of the stolen items.
The same individual was also arrested on March 31st by Officer Borris Graham for the same crime occurring on the 1400 block of Riverside.
Police are also investigating him for a possible additional theft in area of Webster Street last Tuesday, April 21st.
